Breitbart News is reporting that a California man has been arrested on charges of downloading music and making child pornography.

According to a statement from the San Jose Police Department, San Jose resident Joseph “Joe” DePuy was arrested in San Francisco on January 10, and has been charged with possession of child pornography and possession of an unlawful computer.

DePuy allegedly downloaded over 30 music files containing death music.

The alleged files included death music, electro, rap, electronica, and trance music, according to the police.

DeVie DePoy, 49, of San Jose, is also facing charges of possession of a child pornography, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession with intent to distribute.

DeCuy allegedly purchased music on eBay from an online auction site, the San Francisco Examiner reported.

He allegedly allegedly paid the artist and the auction site to sell the music, and then purchased the music on Amazon.com.

DeFuy allegedly sold the music to another man, who in turn sold it to DePuzes son, who allegedly downloaded the music for use on his computer.

DePizes son allegedly downloaded and uploaded the music.

DeCuy reportedly purchased more than 20 music files from the online auction website.

DeFuy is scheduled to appear in court on April 16.

DeBurg’s arrest comes just a few days after another California man, Robert DeBurg, was arrested on an alleged child pornography charge.

DeBerg was arrested by San Francisco police on February 16.

The San Jose Mercury News reports that DeBorges alleged victim was a 17-year-old girl.

The Mercury News notes that the victim is not believed to have been involved in the alleged child porn collection.

DeCamp’s arrest was the second arrest of a death-music artist in California.

Last week, rapper DeCamp was arrested for possession of cocaine and possessing an unregistered handgun.
